Convenient Location with Room for Improvement

Our family stay was memorable despite some challenges. The location made exploring the area easy. The staff were friendly, but the housekeeping could use a boost. Consider requesting a higher floor for quieter nights! The breakfast selection was limited, but nearby cafes offered great alternatives.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and elegantly decorated with a lovely view of downtown. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to assist with anything needed, making my stay pleasant and comfortable.

More comfortable seating options would enhance the experience.

Cleanliness was a significant concern during my stay, as the shower had hair on the floor, and the carpet appeared unkempt. Upon discovering bed bugs in my room, I quickly informed the staff, who offered to move me and provided assistance with my belongings. While I appreciated the quick response and efforts to remedy the situation, the morning staff lacked a coordinated plan for further action, leaving me unsettled after the experience.

This place suits me perfectly, with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and friendly staff. I remember when they helped me find my lost earring during my first stay. I’m definitely coming back for a trip!

Exceptional service, clean room.

It was just a proper fit for a short interlude in Louisville with best value for money ratio. The front desk went out of their way to help us secure connecting rooms for our group, which was awesome. Just keep in mind the valet fees when planning your budget.

The stay was great. The room was spacious with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and nice seating area. Loved the full-size toiletries. Location was super convenient for food and sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even giving the kids fun rubber duckies for the pool. Clean and updated, this place was a win!

Beautiful stay with some hiccups

The hotel was super nice and clean, and the staff were really friendly! We had a late check-in, though, and our room wasn’t ready until 4PM, which was weird since we had booked months in advance. The bar was barely open, which was a bummer.

The beds were comfy, and the shower had great water pressure. I loved the beautiful city view from the room. The big bottles of shampoo and body wash were a nice touch, too. The room layout was decent, but there was some carpet staining, which was a bit off-putting.

I truly enjoyed the spacious, well-decorated lobby that was inviting and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near attractions and public transport, making it easily accessible for seniors like myself. The staff were accommodating and attentive.

Housekeeping could be more consistent and timely.
